Lititz Bike Woks will professionally pack, ship, and use expedited shipping to anyone in the lower 48 states. Our promise is to have the product delivered to your door within 72 hours or shipping is free. This, of course, applies to items that are in stock. If something needs to be ordered from one of our vendors, this may delay our shipping time.

We promise to attempt a return on every item purchased in our stores or on lititizbikeworks.com by scanning your receipt or packing slip, offering receipt look-up* or a non-receipted return or exchange can happen with a valid form of identification. Most items can be returned in your Lititz Bike Works store as noted on the packing slip. Just bring in the packing slip and the item. If you prefer or need to mail in your return, please Contact Us so that we can help you with return shipping.

All items in new condition returned within 30 days will receive a no questions asked refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days will receive an in-store credit for the full retail price of the item(s) being returned. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.

A 25% restocking fee is applied to all bikes returned.

A customer who has previously paid for an item may elect to pick that item up in store. We recommend calling ahead to ensure that the product is in stock before making a visit.
